Refund & Return Policy – Milk and HONEY Delight
At Milk and HONEY Delight, all our cookies and delights are freshly handcrafted in small batches to maintain premium quality and taste. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a “No Return / No Exchange” policy once the order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us, so we will assist you in the rare case of an issue.
When Are Replacements Possible?
We will consider a replacement only if:
1. You received the wrong product.
2. The product was damaged during delivery.
3. The product was expired at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos, and an unboxing video for verification.
Cancellation Policy
1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
2. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3. If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items purchased during sales, offers, or gift packs are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
